Questionnaire for Classification of Offshore Service Vessels Mobile App
The Questionnaire for Classification of Offshore Service Vessels app allows for the tracking of all the information needed for classification of offshore vessels as supply vessels, fire-fighting ships, towing and tug boats, crew transfer boats, or other special purpose offshore support vessel.
How does it work?
The form will provide information about the owner, designer, start and end date of construction, and the General Arrangement Plan or a Pocket Plan. The owner will also provide all information regarding the construction site, hull number and class designation, hull material, freight class, cargo hold, tankers, type of propulsion, dimensions of the vessel, and other information needed depending on the type of offshore support vessel.
All certificates and documents for pollution prevention plans, safety certificates, operation certificates, tonnage certificates, and documents providing that all international and domestic rules and regulations are followed should be provided. The owner must also give the full designs of the vessel, hull, cargo hold, and any other special equipment needed for the offshore supply boat. All technical data for the vessel should also be submitted.
