Fair Employment Practices Compliance Report Mobile App
The Fair Employment Practices Compliance Report app will allow for all contractors and subcontractors to track their fair employment practices.
How does it work?
Each prime contractor and subcontractor must complete this report for each contract over $5,000. All information should be kept current and if any changes occur within the contract to an employee or union a supplemental report with revised answers should be submitted.
The contractor or subcontractor will answer whether their company provides equal employment opportunities for all races, religions, ancestry, or national origin. All fair employment practices section is posted around the business and all hiring officials follow the anti-discrimination clause. The sources of all employee referrals will be listed.
