The bidding company can use this form to provide a non-collusion declaration for the construction project and their bid. The bidder will present that their bid is true and not a sham to help a rival company win the bid. The bidder must state that they have not directly or indirectly colluded or conspired with any bidder to either put in a sham bid or refrain from bidding.
The bidder must not have any knowledge of any rival companies bids and must not allow for any part of their bid proposal to become public knowledge. The company will provide a signed copy of the declaration and submitted with the bid for the construction project.
