The cost proposal form must be completed by the contractor and submitted to the project stakeholder with the total development price. The proposal will include all construction work, contract work, and applicable taxes. Any addendum to the figure should be listed also.
The total amount bid for the contract work will be in the development price. This will include the full cost for all labor, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and permits for design and construction of the project. The Cost Proposal Form will be turned in to the project stakeholder on the given day of the bid proposals along with a security fee/deposit.
