The company that has been prequalified for a project will provide their information and contact information to be posted on a list of technically prequalified subcontractors. Each subcontractor must answer all questions on the questionnaire about trade and safety qualification.
The company should complete the prequalification questionnaire by providing all construction experience and submitting the Project Data Sheets and any other necessary attachments. The safety qualification must be completed with a full list of daily and average incident rates and any modifications done. To certify that all information provided on the questionnaire is correct the owner, a partner, and an officer of a corporation must sign and confirm that all information is true and correct.
