Contractors bidding for a job contract should be prequalified by the board of trustees, and the form should identify them as such, in order to be allowed to proceed to bid on the contract. Bidders must meet all criteria to be considered for the project including a minimum prequalification rating, job experience, and any concurrent project experience.
The firm or company will provide their full contractor license history. The company will provide all information about jobs done in the state including contact information, length of time for the construction, and the minimum and maximum value of the construction. Any concurrent projects that were done must also be listed on the form.
