The subject being searched must have their full details including their full name, address, date of birth, place of birth, sex, and social security number provided. The criminal history in Tennessee is composed of both criminal and misdemeanor arrests. If an individual would like to appeal the results of a criminal history record, a fingerprint card can be used for comparison of the records.
