The hiring department or even sponsor will provide their full information including the supervisor name, position title, and the job posting number. If the background check request is needed for a camp or event, the name of the camp/event and dates of event should be provided.
The individual being checked for possible criminal history will be given a notice of intent from the Human Resource Department. The notice will provide a form allowing for consent to a criminal background check.
