The Oregon State Police will provide information about the criminal history of an individual in two ways. If no criminal record exists, the Oregon State Police will respond and no further information will be provided. If a subject has a criminal record, the date of the arrest, arresting agency, offense, and disposition will all be sent to the requesting agency.
