The deputy building official will provide reviews of the construction project. If all applicable codes and standards are found to be in conformity by the authorities in each jurisdiction, the project can proceed to bid on construction.
The different plan reviews for approval must include the dates of the review. The reviews can include CEQA compliance, State Fire Marshall, Seismic Peer Review, DSA Access compliance, and Mechanical Systems Review. All documents and plan reviews must be completed and construction documents stamped for approval of the construction project to commence.
