The Salvage Inspection Report is a state report form for the inspection of a Metals Recycling Entity (MRE).
How does it work?
The form includes sections for the address of the entity as well as the agent name and whether the report is external-based, internal-based, or random-based. Various types of inspection can be checked - Initial inspections, follow ups, salvage etc.
The checklist for salvage inspection covers where files are kept, if titles are properly signed, surrendered, etc. There is a checklist for used auto parts recyclers, including licensing, titles, etc. Finally there is a business inspection checklist, and an MRE checklist. Totals are included for salvaging, stolen parts etc. There is then a section for the representative of the business to sign and date.
