The bid includes the electrical company's address as well as the client's name and address. The bid states that the company proposes to supply all materials (gypsum board, plaster, wallboard, lime plaster, taping, drywall screws, etc) and labor (electricians, electrical contractors, general contractors etc) necessary to complete the work, and then details each line item of work to be completed, with a total cost for labor and materials for each line. The form then has a total for all the work requested on the project, as well as signature fields for a representative of the electrical business, and one for a representative of the client requesting the work.
