Elevators are typically installed in commercial buildings at the time of construction, however, residential elevators or lifts are regularly retrofitted into homes. Residential elevators are useful for older people with mobility issues where moving up or down stairs is dangerous. An elevator installer can use this to submit a bid on the process of building the elevator shaft, installing the necessary equipment to move the elevator, install an elevator cab or car, install an elevator door, and perform installation testing for safety and proper riding. While commercial buildings typically have elevators built in when they are being constructed, it may be necessary for a retrofitting on an older building, or submitting a bid to build an elevator in a new building. This app can also be used to submit a bid on a commercial elevator. Elevator installers can use this to rapidly submit a detailed bid to customers. Additionally, this can be used for any type of elevator, such as a traction elevator, a hydraulic elevator, of even dumbwaiters.

This app allows a user to submit a contract price, a time frame for the project, a description of project specifications, and the ability to include document attachments.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
