The generated bill of sale template contains a purchase price, the name and address of the seller and the buyer, a representation of ownership of the vehicle by the seller, and and agreement that the buyer and seller wish to perform a transfer of ownership between the two of them. The form contains a description of the motor vehicle including the make, model, year, VIN#, an odometer reading , and the title#. The form contains the purchase price in the form of consideration in $AUD, and provides a time frame for the title transfer to take place. The seller gives the buyer a number of days to perform an inspection of the vehicle. Finally, the seller provides assurances that to the best of its knowledge, the odometer reading is correct, there are no hidden defects, and that the vehicle is being sold in good operation condition, and "as-is" condition. The agreement contains provisions that the sale is in compliance with the Australian Motor Vehicle Act, 1959.
