The start of the form provides the collision center a screen to enter the details of the car and repair order, as well as contact details and how frequently to update the owner about the repairs.

The inspection screen of the app contains a few questions about indicator lights, fuel level and mileage, and then provides two diagrams of the car that can be annotated within the app to indicate scratches, dents, chips, and any car part that is missing. The final section instructs the customer to make sure that all personal items have been removed from the car, and a liability waiver section, followed by the customer's signature, and insurance company details.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
