There are 10 checkpoints, each of which gives the ability to mark as OK or Fix, and with a comment section for each. The 10 points cover areas such as readability of the operating procedures, safety warnings, and load capacity, the proper operation of lift controls, if there is any deformation or structural wear of lift components, contact points, or wires etc, if there is evidence of hydraulic leaks, unusual noises or movements, or any cracks around anchor bolts.

The final page of the form is a daily sign off where the week of and specific day are checked off and signed by the operator.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
