An incident can be either a suspected or a confirmed release of regulated substances to the environment. A suspected release is anything other than a “pass” result from any method of release detection plus any other condition as described in Section 701 of 20.5.6 NMAC. Owners and operators are required to report such incidents to the Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau within 24 hours of discovery. The simple checklist allows the user to quickly provide the necessary information. The app allows the inspector/operator to provide comments and photos as needed based on his/her inspection. Inspectors should follow any company requirements and regulations when using this application. The app includes an easy to use form that is completed using a smartphone or a tablet, generating a PDF that is stored in the GoCanvas Cloud for your records. The inspection checklist is converted to a PDF containing all information that is easily emailed to all applicable parties.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
