mobile app is to provide guidance for developing an emergency response plan, as outlined in OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.120(q), for facility response. This app has been adopted and applied to work for response to transportation accidents involving radioactive material or other hazardous materials incidents. The procedures apply to those personnel who have responsibilities. Furthermore, this procedure is intended for use on any response involving actual or potential radiological or other hazardous material release. NOTE: Communications with the State Emergency Response vehicle can be established by obtaining cellular phone number from the agency. The app includes names, addresses and telephone numbers local, state or tribal radiation authorities having responsibility for emergency response and/or assistance.
