Currently there are a very small number of active birth centers. Unfortunately, this means that sometimes billing for the services we provide can be difficult. In the event of a transfer during labor the time spent, and services rendered at the birth center do incur charges, but some insurance companies will not cover these “incomplete” services. Prices listed can be billed at a lower rate to patients with a pre-payment agreement.
