The Laboratory Supervisor or their appointed assistants will conduct daily inspections of the labs and will complete the Well Boring: CQC/QA Issue Tracking / Corrective Action mobile app every fifth day for record.

If any deviations from the checklist are observed, they should be corrected on the spot. The Field Supervisor or their appointed assistants will meet at least one time during the drilling rotation with the driller to go over the checklist and will complete and sign a copy of the app. If the inspection shows a problem that needs corrective action, the appropriate Field or Lab Supervisor will take immediate action to correct the problem. A corrective report documenting the action taken will be attached to the checklist.
