Within 7 calendar days after you receive a report of injury or illness, decide if the case is recordable under the OSHA recordkeeping requirements. If so, then determine whether the work injury incident is a new case or a recurrence of an existing one. Once a new occupational safety incident has been established, you can start documenting details about the employee, the report of injury and workplace details with this handy form.

According to federal OSHA work injury rules, employees and those in a contract worker position have the right to review your report of injury and illness records. This app makes it easy to do so, as the electronic OSHA form can be easily emailed directly to the employee for review. Cases listed on the log are not necessarily eligible for worker's compensation or other insurance benefits. Listing a case does not mean that the employer or employee was at fault or that an OSHA standard was violated, instead the reporting app acts as an official record of the incident, and is accessible from any mobile device which makes it easy to quickly record details about those who have become sick or injured at work.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
