Users are able to fill out information about the client (e.g. name, plant ID, site, country, etc...). The app come with a few areas that users can look at when inspecting the hoses. These areas are the fitting/end, hose, length, and the hose failure code. Client approval is needed for each inspection as well. At the end of the app, inspector and client must sign before submitting the app.
