Gift Certificate Release

Here is an example of the verbage used in this release form: I understand that the purchase of any treatment(s) via  gift certificate are valid for  four (4)months unless otherwise specified by a mandatory request.  It my responsibility and not the responsibility of Golden Touch Spa Barbados  to ensure that the holder of the gift certificate redeems the gift certificate before its stated expiration date. I understand that if this gift certificate expires, a renewal fee may be charged to reactivate the gift certificate once the certificate has not expired more that one month after the stated expiration date.
