This PC Support Contract has been made into a mobile application, that can be accessed anywhere from your smart phone or tablet.
How does it work?
Data captured on the first screen includes company name and time in and out. Checklist includes such items as Swap Backup Discs (Please inform help desk or David if Backups are not running), Attend to customers requests, Deploy Virus Software to Workstations, Update tickets on client premises and move to the completed queue, and Insure that Server Room is neat and tidy.
