How does it work?

The Responsibility and Authority identifies the Company Executive(s) responsible for approving the Quality Manual and subsequent documentation. The Internal Communications identifies the methods of communicating the Company’s QMS to the employees. The Management Review describes the review process for implementing the Company’s QMS. The Work Environment describes the Company’s work environment that supports optimum performance of employees and infrastructure requirements to ensure product conformity.
