EPA's Lean and Environment Toolkit: The Three Phases of a Kaizen Event Mobile App

The EPA's Lean and Environment Toolkit: The Three Phases of a Kaizen Event mobile app offers a helpful set of guidelines for cross-functional teams. The app generates a checklist of steps to follow during each of the Kaizen event phases. Users can follow along using a smartphone or tablet and save the results once the process has been completed.

The Kaizen team app covers important steps to take for continuous improvement of the workplace, including eliminating waste, improving productivity, and achieving sustained continual improvement in targeted activities and processes of an organization. Once the event has ended, users can save the results electronically for their records.
