The Warehouse Short Assessment mobile app is to inform the

organization whether or not the warehouse is usable, partially or entirely. Although this Form can be used for assessing a Warehouse Complex, it can also be used for isolated buildings. In the section 'GENERAL DETAILS' enter information covering the whole warehouse complex you are reporting on. Please provide the total number of stores/warehouses in the sub-section 'Warehouse Ownership'. If there are more than one store rooms with similar dimensions, record details in section 'Warehouse 1' and so forth; mention the number of stores (having similar dimensions/details) in each warehouse. Report Lat & Long in Decimal Degrees (Use GPS). Please don't feel obliged to complete all questions on this form if you are not able to do so.
