The floor on which the lift is to be installed must be 4-¼” inch minimum thickness concrete, with a mini mum compressive strength of 3000 psi, and reinforced with steel bar. The lifts have specific electrical requirements as described in the Installation Instructions. This lift has a minimum ceiling height requirement as described in the Installation Instructions. Failure by the owner to provide the recommended shelter, mounting surface, electrical supply, and ceiling height could result in unsatisfactory lift performance, property damage, or personal injury. Prior to lifting use the Two Post Lift: Monthly Maintenance mobile app to ensure lift is proper working order and to trouble shoot any issues with the lift.
