The project name and contact information for all bids should be provided. The bids should include the dates and time for completion, estimated cost, plans for construction, and what the work will entail. The general information of the architect, contractors, and advertisers should all be included on the form.
The bid proposal form should include all bid costs including unit costs and any specialty material costs. Any liquidated damages per day and the cost and delay in timing should be estimated. A letter to the architect or engineer with all information about the plans, specifications, date of first advertisement, and any special conditions should be attached to the bid information form.
