Since commercial plants supply other users during the same general period as they furnish the Agency with certified ready-mix concrete, the problem of good inspection is considerably more complicated than when using job mixed concrete. At the ready-mix concrete plant, the concrete aggregates may vary to a greater degree, both in moisture content and in gradation.
