This mobile application is a customer return report form. There are four basic screens: return report, item list, office administration section & special notes and signature. This mobile app tracks basic customer information, report date, date of return, time of return, items, quantity ordered, description, unit count, unit price, total amount, date shipped, customer order number, commission paid and credit issue.

This application it is easy to use because the total returned is automatically added and calculated. Additionally, this application also allows for signature capture from the customer.
