This mobile app is a basic appliance service invoice form. There are five screens: providing service to people, personal data, service needed/completed, total and technician/customer signature. This service invoice form application tracks all the basic information of the service order: customer name, address, phone, model, serial number, lists of all parts used and their prices, totals, and Technician's/Customer's signature capture.
