Property owners should assume that most older paints contain lead. The presence of lead can be confirmed by qualified inspectors or laboratories. Two processes are used to test for lead on site: the application of sodium sulfide to the painted surface, and the use of a mobile X-ray fluorescence analyzer. Paint samples can also be sent to commercial laboratories for analysis. The Abatement: Testing for Lead on Painted Surfaces mobile app lists both methods advantages and disadvantages. GoCanvas has a GPS feature to accurately document locations.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
