Animal Control Dangerous Dog Registration

Does the owner agree to confine their dog in a humane manner, indoors or in a securely locked pen or structure suitably designed to prevent the entry of children and to prevent the dog’s escape? If the dangerous dog escapes or is or believed that the dog has bitten or attacked a human being or another animal, notify Animal Control immediately. If the dog dies, or is sold or given away, notify Animal Control within 24 hours and provide Animal Control with the name, address, and telephone number of the new owner when applicable. The Animal Control Dangerous Dog Registration mobile app allows you to replace your paper registration with a handheld device. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as owner's name and address, animal name, date bite/ attack occurred, rabies revaccination date and veterinarian. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your animal control records.
