Pre-Assessment Guidelines for Blood Banks Mobile App
The Pre-Assessment Guidelines for Blood Banks mobile app allows you to replace your paper assessment with a cell phone, tablet or even a computer.
How does it work?
The mobile form includes fields to document items such as blood bank, date of visit, documentation of quality assurance program, management review and captures the signature of the assessor. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your blood bank records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. It is presumed that the Principal Assessor/ Assessor, who has been nominated is fully aware of the accreditation process, its objectives, and the on-site assessment procedure. The Principal Assessor shall have the overall responsibility of conducting the pre-assessment and for conducting the on-site final assessment of the concerned blood bank. Towards the task of on-site assessment, they shall be assisted by a team of assessors commensurate with the scope of accreditation. This app contains a pre-assessment form and checklist, which will form a part of the Pre-assessment Report. The app serves to guide the Principal Assessor in completing various forms and checklists and compiling the assessment report regarding the blood bank or center.
