The mobile form includes fields to document items such as project, recliner model/rating, rectifier shunt rating, anode shunts, and comments. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your corrosion control records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. Most constant voltage rectifiers have exposed taps on the secondary side of the rectifier transformer. Taps allow the output voltage to be increased or decreased in increments. Some rectifiers have knobs that allow varying the voltage continuously anywhere within the operating range. These accessories allow setting a voltage that will provide the necessary current for adequate cathodic protection without exceeding prescribed electrochemical potential limits. In setting this voltage, one normally starts at the lowest setting, increasing it in small steps. The impact on structure potential is measured in between increases until the desired effect is achieved. The app allows you to document voltage controlled rectifier data.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
