Added ability to select your desired Time Zone
You can now select your local Time Zone for your account with a few simple steps:
- First log onto your account and click “My Account” in the top right corner
- Click Customize on the left of the Account screen
- You will now see the option for Time Zone at the bottom of the list of customizable features
- Click “Edit” for Time Zone
- You will now see a drop down list of all possible Time Zones. Select the desired zone and click save
- Now when you look at your list of submissions you will see the time has changed to your selected zone as well as on the footer of your GoCanvas generated PDF.
- If you have sub users and you change your Time Zone they will automatically be updated to the time zone you select.
…But I have users in different Time Zones can I set them separately? YES!
- On your “My Account” page click on your users name
- Click “Edit” for “My Information”
- From the drop down select the users Time Zone and click save
- Now when the user logs in to their account they will see their submissions with the time zone chosen as well on the GoCanvas generated PDF
Enhanced Email Delivery Tracking
We have added the submission email delivery information so you can check if your email was successfully delivered.
- When logged into your account click on submissions and select an app with submissions that have been emailed
- Click the envelope icon to the right of the emailed submission
- You will now see “Submission E-mail Delivery Information” which will show the recipients of the submission and the status of the email
Ability to View Billing Cycle Info on Account
We have added the ability to view your accounts billing cycle on the “My Account” page. If you are ever wondering about your billing cycle all you need to do is click “My Account” in the top left of the screen and you will see a new column added to the Account Users info named “Billing Cycle”.
We have also updated our PDF generation to better handle international characters.
