Release Notes: New Help Center and Billing Email

We have released a couple of new features for our amazing customers! With this particular release we built ourselves some internal tools to help us serve customers better and we continue to work on some bigger features that are coming really soon.

New Help Center

We re-designed our Help Center and re-structured it to make it easier to find the help that you need.  It is now segmented by the different major areas of our product.  So if you need help with Workflow you can go to that section and see all of our topics for Workflow.

The search bar is front and center right at the top.

Help Center

Feature Requests

We have added a way for you to vote up and down the features you would like to see on GoCanvas, too.  We have a section of our Help Center called "Feature Requests".  Definitely check it out and let us know what you need GoCanvas to do to make your life easier.

Billing Contact Email

When you add a billing contact to your account that person will get an email with some information and guidance as to what GoCanvas is and what they should expect. Most of you current customers won't see this because you already have a billing contact entered, but I wanted to pass it along.
