We just had a quick release with a few awesome new additions.

Hiding a whole screen at a time on PDF output

Many of you have asked for it and it’s finally here. You can now select the same visibility options you see on the field level for PDF and Web visibility on the screen level. You will see the options when adding a new screen to your apps and you can modify existing screens by clicking the edit button for the screen.

Push API Notifications

With the release of the GoCanvas Push API, GoCanvas will now send API calls to a backend service when new submissions are uploaded.  This allows for GoCanvas customers to achieve real time notifications when a user uploads data instead of pulling down data in batches.  You can read more about this within our API document here.

New cropping ability for app icons and PDF logos

We have added a new cropping feature for you PDF icons and custom app icons. You will notice when uploading an image you are now able to crop the image to the correct dimensions.
