We have been hard at work updating and enhancing the GoCanvas experience behind the scenes lately but we were able to slip in a few user requested additions to GoCanvas.
You will now see a “Manage Reference Data” button on your My Apps screen if you have reference data in your account.
Many users have been asking for this option and we were happy to make the addition. This will make it much easier for you to quickly jump to the Reference Data in your account without having to first go to the My Account screen.
We have added the ability for you to include both Calculation and Summary fields to the body of your emailed GoCanvas submission.
Just like the other fields you will see the option for “Auto Email Body” in the Advanced dropdown:
Lastly, we have added the ability for you to remove the date from the header of your GoCanvas generated PDF.
As with other modifications to the PDF you will be able to remove the date by clicking the More dropdown to the right of the app, select PDF Options, click on Edit for PDF Header and you will see the option to “show the submission date in the header”.
