The company’s technicians install and service home burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems and camera security systems that allow customers to view their homes or businesses over the internet or on their smart phones.
Prior to GoCanvas, the technicians carried around a variety of forms to each job site. Following service, the company administrator had to properly file the forms and enter the collected data into the company database. Now, the technicians travel with only their tool boxes and iPads in hand, using GoCanvas mobile apps to fill out technical service orders, fire alarm inspections, and project status reports.
