N-STORE Services provides best in class contractor services to retail companies across the United States.
With a growing workforce and an expanding customer base, N-STORE Services needed a solution to help make their internal processes more efficient. Up until their switch to GoCanvas, techs were required to bring laptops and scanners to their job sites daily. Techs would complete the assigned forms on Excel or paper. These forms were then scanned back into the office computers. Outdated data collection processes such as these were hindering business growth.
The goal was to simplify and optimize the way they collected information from their various locations. The reason? Their data collection processes were causing them to lose 80 hours per week in productivity due to manual data re-entry, lost or incomplete submissions, and inconsistent reporting methods.
That’s why six years ago, Mike Goodman, Manager of Information Technology at N-STORE Services’ Parent Company GNH, decided to implement GoCanvas mobile forms across the business.

After automating the way information is captured they decided to optimize their data handling process even further by connecting their back-end systems with GoCanvas. By integrating N-STORE Service’s SQL System with the GoCanvas platform, every submission can automatically flow between the two systems. Now when a submission is made from the GoCanvas platform information can automatically be sorted into the corresponding client folder within N-STORE Service’s SQL system.
Almost 6 years after going paperless, N-STORE Services has captured 20,000+ digital records with their custom GoCanvas mobile forms!
N-STORE Services has been able to reallocate the time spent managing information on completing more projects. With consistent reporting and better data insight, their business decisions are informed and strategic.
Overall, N-STORE Services has seen a major increase in the accuracy of their reporting and the visibility into daily operations. Even with 700+ hours recovered every month, N-STORE Services is still searching for new ways they can implement GoCanvas to save more time and money!
