A grave maintenance company based in Dublin, Ireland has created a mobile app to collect data for their various new and existing accounts on Samsung Galaxy Tabs.
The app collects data specifying the cemetery, section and plot number where the grave is located among other details. The customer can then select which services they’d like the company to provide, like inscription text, grave dressings, etc., and the app will generate the total amount to be paid. The app then prompts the customer to sign the tablet confirming the order and the company rep captures a photo of the grave’s appearance before service.
Prior to using GoCanvas, the company handled all their grave maintenance orders and processing on paper. Now they can invoice a customer via email immediately upon submitting a new order app.
