Companies that Give Back – How our Ante Up Program Works

The GoCanvas system works hard to promote ease and efficiency within great companies worldwide. In addition to “doing well” as a business, we also strive to “do good.” In the pursuit of helping others, the GoCanvas team developed the Ante Up program. This initiative works to extend free GoCanvas access to non-profit organizations who could significantly benefit from our system. Learn more about the Ante Up Program and the organizations that it has supported.

How The GoCanvas Ante Up Program Works

With the efficiency of GoCanvas, nonprofit organizations around the world can help provide relief to those in need. Each year, GoCanvas selects one deserving organization to award free GoCanvas full access. Converting to a new method of data collection can be difficult, but GoCanvas helps our Ante Up winners with this transition. With the help of the GoCanvas Send Us Your Form program, our experts can directly convert primary documents used by these organizations to mobile apps. The GoCanvas professionals also demo the GoCanvas system to familiarize organization members with the system. Ultimately, the Ante Up program helps organizations convert to a partial or completely paperless system to save time, money, and resources in their philanthropic efforts.

Case Studies: Nonprofit Organizations We Have Helped

With the ease, efficiency, and affordability that paperless systems provide, nonprofit organizations can greatly benefit from this type of technology. Optimized communication, data collection, and features such as GPS recording, imaging, mobile checklists, customizable applications, advanced integrations, and others also can make a significant difference for non-profits organizations. Unfortunately, the funds required to purchase paperless systems are not always easily accessible, which is what inspired go Canvas to found Ante Up. Here are some of the organizations that we have helped by providing GoCanvas access free of charge.

  • Ayotlcalli Sea Turtle Rescue And Conservation Center (Mexico): Using GoCanvas, the Ayoticalli Sea Turtle Rescue and Conservation Center was able to optimize their data collection processes. This helps support their data-heavy process of finding, relocating, and protecting sea turtle nests.

  • Sabi Sand Wiltuin Game Reserve (South Africa): The Sabi Sand Wiltuin Game Reserve works to combat rhinoceros poaching and the spread of rabies in the local dog population. With the help of the GoCanvas system, this organization has improved its data collection, reporting, and communication processes.

  • Where to Turn (USA): Where to Turn uses GoCanvas to help provide tragedy relief services for victims of crises.
  • Dandelion Support Network (Australia): The Dandelion Support Network works to provide second-hand baby items to families in need. With the help of the GoCanvas system, this organization has gone almost completely paperless in all of its internal processes.
  • National Association to Protect Children (USA): The National Association to Protect Children uses the GoCanvas system to help track down and prosecute child abusers.
