This business provides services for passenger and pilot needs including fueling, aircraft sales & management, jet and prop maintenance, avionics, sheet metal, NDT, parts sales, interior design and refurbishment, custom paint, charter, flight training and even offers one of the best restaurants and catering in the country.
Prior to implementing GoCanvas, they completed a host of tasks collecting key information with pen and paper resulting in delayed response, redundant data entry and the inaccuracies that come along with illegible handwriting.
They began using GoCanvas for basic aircraft inspections and have progressed to service request forms and a variety of agreements that incorporate electronic signature capture. Information is now being collected on field workers’ iPhones and delivered in real-time to appropriate personnel for immediate action.
