When GoCanvas launched its ‘Send Us Your Forms’ Program, we provided customers the ability to share their app with the GoCanvas community. What surprised us is how many users are willing to share their apps! Canvas’s Application Store now has thousands and thousands of apps for all kinds of businesses – thanks in no small part to our users. With organizations throughout the world sharing their apps, we now have unique apps such as Automated External Defibrillator Maintenance Checklist, Event Change Order, Esthetician Client Consultation Card and even a Restaurant Management Visitation Report. Looking for something more unique? Well there’s also the Gas Company Commercial Credit Application, Vehicle Detailing Customer Check-In Sheet and Electric Car Tours Waiver. Unique apps indeed! And it just keeps growing.
How does this work? When you submit a paper form to be converted to a mobile App, you have the option to share your app. GoCanvas of course removes all your company-specific information. We then create a video of your app being completed, a couple of screen shots and a description. Your app is then published into the Application Store.
Consider sharing your app! You already know the benefits of going paperless. Imagine now being able to make all aspects of your business paperless, from client intake forms to waivers to specialized checklists. You can achieve that thanks to the generosity of others.
