GoCanvas and its staff shall always endeavor to work directly with our clients to determine an appropriate solution to any problem that may arise in relation to our services and GoCanvas Customers can choose to, at their discretion, cancel or terminate their account with GoCanvas.

Unlimited Pay-as-You-Go, Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

To cancel your ulimimed subscriptions just disable your users in your account, follow these instructions to complete cancelling.

GoCanvas will also gladly stop unlimited subscriptions billing for services provided directly by GoCanvas this will be done upon receipt of written notice requesting cancellation.

If you sign up for a recurring monthly or annual service and request the service to be canceled, your account will no longer be re-billed starting with the date of your notification. Your service will still be active until the renewal date, at which time the account will be canceled and deleted from our system. GoCanvas will promptly refund any charges made if your request was placed before your re-bill date and your account was still charged.

Pay-as-You-Go Subscriptions

Customers who wish to cancel their GoCanvas Pay-as-You-Go Subscriptions need just cancel their account. Customers are just liable for the mobile responses they have sent during that time period. Pricing is as per agreed upon Pay-as-You-Go Subscription rates.
