This app encompasses all aspects of a HVAC Service call, and has the added functionality of a Preventative Maintenance checklist. It also provides a way to capture equipment data. The "HVAC" Preventative Maintenance page is only called into action if you select it from drop down list at the bottom of the first page. Once (PM)has been selected, you have the option to add the "Refrigeration PM Checklist." There is also a page dedicated to taking inventory of all the equipment used in your PM visit. Last but not least, there is an area to capture a signature. Signature capture also comes with a text box to collect the last name of the person signing. This App is very straight forward and can be easily modified to your personal needs. The Fields are arranged so that they can be easily interperated in a .CSV file or a database such as Access.
