The FMLA Mandatory Employee Notice/FMLA Policy helps your company meet the mandatory FMLA requirements of informing employees of their FMLA rights and responsibilities. The attorney-developed notice includes information such as basic FMLA leave entitlement, eligibility requirements, substitution of paid leave, employee and employer responsibilities, etc. The FMLA requires employers to provide this notice to employees by either including the notice in employee handbooks or by giving a copy of the notice to all new hires. Employers should also provide this notice to employees when they request leave that may be FMLA-qualifying. This notice requirement is in addition to the FMLA posting requirement. Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
