This application serves as an alternative to using a paper index card to save a client's hair history and contact information. It could also integrate with many salon software programs or web forms by extending the data captured to a stylist or salon manager's smart phone for easy retrieval at the chair. The application captures client contact information, medical history, hair history, stylist notes as well as complete treatment history. It also includes an option of capturing a picture of the client to attach to the record to help with recall when scheduling appointments. Client historical data can be automatically populated for faster data entry.
